Our Chubute Nicaraguan Roast is sustainably sourced from Nicaragua (1,100-1,350 meters above sea level). Its lands provide rich volcanic soils, consistent rainfall, and cool climates that are perfectly suited for producing coffees known for their clarity and natural sweetness. Shade-grown farms and diverse agroforestry practices support biodiversity and maintain healthy soils, resulting in green coffees with clean, well-balanced flavor profiles that roasters consistently associate with Nicaragua’s northern mountain regions.

A medium body roast with brightness and acidity. Our Nicaraguan beans are all natural and traditionally washed, sundried, and then sorted to minimize all defects.  You can expect a balance of flavors including black tea, citrus, almond, and cane sugar.

These coffee beans are quite versatile. They are wonderful for drip coffee and espresso.
